With a voltage supply of 3.0V, its current consumption is only 5.0mA when transmitting, 5.4mA when receiving and 0.8µA in standby mode.
DC/DC converters operate from 200 to 425VDC
TDK has announced an extension to the PH-A280 series of high voltage input DC/DC converters. Capable of operating from 200 to 425VDC, the new 3.3, 15 and 28V output power modules are suitable for use in data centres, telecomms and renewable energy applications utilising a 380V nominal high voltage DC bus.
Ultra-thin noise suppression sheets feature high permeability
TDK Corporation presents the ultra-thin IFL16 noise suppression sheet. The sheet has a thickness of just 0.03 or 0.05 mm, depending on the type, making it 20% thinner than existing sheets with the same performance. At this thickness the new material offers the world's highest magnetic permeability of 220µ´ at 1MHz. IFL16 is designed for a temperature range of between -40 and +85°C and is suitable for the frequency range from 0.5 t...
High current models expand programmable power supply series
TDK has announced the introduction of three new models to TDK-Lambda’s Genesys series of programmable DC power supplies. The series is now available with outputs of 30, 40 and 50V at 500, 375 and 300A, respectively, and output powers of 15kW. These higher current units address the requirements for applications in the OEM, Industrial, Aerospace and ATE markets including: semiconductor and automotive test, component test/burn-in and magnet su...
120-480W DIN rail power supplies suit explosive environments
TDK announces the introduction of three additional models to TDK-Lambda’s DRF series of DIN rail power supplies. Rated at 120, 240 and 480W power levels, the units have received certification for potentially explosive atmospheres and marine applications.
Power line chokes' vertical design saves PCB space
Expanding its range of frame core power line chokes, TDK has introduced the B82733V* series in a vertical design, complementing the horizontally designed B82733F* series. The vertical design is particularly advantageous when there is limited space on the PCB. Featuring an insertion height of 27mm, the chokes have a footprint of just 29x15.5mm. This is more than 30% smaller than that of the horizontal version.
NTC sensor elements measures temperatures to 650°C
Designed for measuring temperatures up to 650°C, TDK has released an NTC sensor element offering high-precision measurement with a temperature tolerance of about ±1° at 200°C. The device is based on a high-temperature ceramic sensor element that is connected to a metallised aluminium oxide rod and then glass-encapsulated.
