Global semiconductor sales rose 4.7% to $124.5 billion in Q2 2023, says the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA).

Semiconductors are an essential industry and should be allowed to continue operations during the COV ID-19 outbreak.

The Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA), representing U.S. leadership in semiconductor manufacturing and design, has announced that worldwide sales of semiconductors reached $27.8bn for the month of February 2015, an increase of 6.7% from February 2014 when sales were $26.0bn. Global sales from February 2015 were 2.7% lower than the January 2015 total of $28.5bn, reflecting seasonal trends. 

The Semiconductor Industry Association today announced that worldwide sales of semiconductors reached $24.05 billion for the month of January 2013, an increase of 3.8 percent from January 2012 when sales were $23.16 billion. Global sales from January 2013 were 2.8 percent lower than the December 2012 total of $24.74 billion, reflecting normal seasonal trends.
