Rittal’s MicroTCA shrinks control systems

Rittal has launched a genuine 2U system, the “pre-shrunk” PicoTCA. Available virtually from stock the PicoTCA is equipped with a 350W power supply with power management, a fully compliant backplane and mechanics, which allow the accommodation of up to 9 full size AMCs or 6 Full size and 6 Half size AMCs, and push-pull cassette fan trays with a filter on the air inlet.

Pick-and-Mix Horizontal Bus-Based System Housings from Rittal

A new concept in VME64x and CompactPCI rack-mounted system design is now available from Rittal in the form of a set of horizontally cooled housings. Rittal and Microsoft introduce commercial integrated software for monitoring IT infrastructure and servers
