COM Express module covers temperature range of -40 to +80°C

Lightweight OLED runs on low power

The type REX012864Q type 2.7-in COG OLED display from Raystar is now available at Review Display Systems. Made up of 128x64 pixels, this graphic display has a built-in SSD1309ZC controller IC and communications are via 6800/8080 8-bit parallel, I²C and 4-wire serial interface. The module dimensions are 73.0 x 41.86 mm, an AA of 61.41 x 30.69 and it has an operating range of -40 to + 80°C.

SFT technology panels offer wide viewing angles

Two panels from Tianma/NLT, now available at Review Display Systems (RDS) incorporate Super Fine TFT (SFT) technology to offer wide viewing angles, without changes in brightness or colour.  SFT technology from NLT typically offers a wide viewing angle of 88 degrees, in any direction, and without significant change in brightness or colour. It also enables a stable grey scale, viewed from any angle.

TFT LCD module technology enables high contrast ratios

Now available from RDS is the new NL10276AC30-52C colour TFT LCD module from Tianma/NLT.  This new high quality 15-inch display features an ultra-bright 1600cd/m2 display, XGA resolution (1024 x 768) and a built in LED driver. The wide viewing angles (160°v / 160°h) along with wide operating temperatures (-30 to + 60oC) and an LVDS interface make this panel ideal for industrial, marine and outdoor applications.

Bright sunlight won't faze TFT colour LCD module

A TFT Colour LCD module manufactured specifically to be readable in bright or sunlight conditions in industrial settings has been introduced by Review Display Systems. The NL12880BC20-07F WXGA is a 1280 x 800 resolution TFT display with a contrast ratio of 800:1 (typical) and a screen luminance of 1,800cd/m², making it truly readable in sunlight.

LCD module copes with extreme conditions

Review Display Systems (RDS) has added to its LCD module portfolio with the 15.6in, WXGA, a-Si (amorphous- silicon) TFT LCD module from NLT Technologies. Outdoor applications will be the target for the NL13676BC25-03F which has a longer backlight lifetime of 70,000 hours to reduce power consumption without affecting brightness.

Multi-touch panel PC targets infotainment, retail applications

Slim enough for infotainment and retail use, Review Display Systems (RDS) is now offering the ACP-1073HTT-A1, a 7in. fanless, multi-touch panel PC from AAEON.   The ultra-slim panel chassis measures 20mm deep and the LCD measures just 13mm deep for integration into the most space-constrained panels.
