MicroMax announced that two versions of the M-Max V75 ultra-compact machined aluminum chassis, which are compatible with the VITA 75 standard, are now available as standalone products. Used in current MicroMax products, these chassis have proven capability, and due to customer demand are now being made available separately to help system designers.

Participants at Embedded World 2016 in Nuremberg eagerly welcomed MicroMax's new estextremely rugged computing products for harsh environments. MicroMax announced that it will exhibit several new models of ultra-compact environmentally rugged computer chassis from its M-Max product line at Embedded World 2016, taking place on February 23rd to 25th in Nuremberg, Germany. MicroMax's latest systems extend their scalable M-Max 800 platform.

A base platform, which allows for quick client/field upgradability with additional I/O boards and a selection of external connectors, has been introduced by MicroMax.
