PCIe packet switches meet automotive demands

Diodes Incorporated has announced the PI7C9X2G304EVQ and PI7C9X2G404EVQ PCIe 2.0 packet switches, offering three-ports/four-lanes and four-ports/four-lanes, respectively. The packet switches are automotive-compliant for use in telematics/ADAS, navigation systems, in-vehicle wireless routers, and emerging applications such as V2V and V2X communications.

Miniature automotive MOSFETs bring increased power density

Diodes Incorporated announced the introduction of the 40V-rated DMTH4008LFDFWQ and 60V-rated DMTH6016LFDFWQ automotive-compliant MOSFETs packaged in DFN2020. These miniature MOSFETs occupy just ten percent of the PCB area of larger packages, such as SOT223, enabling greater power density in DC/DC converters, LED backlighting, ADAS, and other ‘under-the-hood’ automotive applications.
