Diodes Incorporated Reduces MOSFET Off-board Height by 50%

Diodes Incorporated has launched a line of high-efficiency N- and P-channel MOSFETs in low-profile DFN2020-6 packages. With an off-board height of only 0.4mm and a footprint of 4mm2, the DFN2020H4 packaged DMP2039UFDE4, a -25V rated P-channel device, is 50% thinner than competing devices. The other MOSFETs in the series are provided in the 0.5mm high DFN2020E package, which is 20% thinner than the common 0.6mm high alternatives.

Diodes Incorporated announces a 25V rated synchronous MOSFET controller for notebook and laptop power supply designs of 90W and above. By enabling the replacement of inefficient Schottky diodes in flyback converters, the ZXGD3104N8 increases power supply efficiency by up to 3.5% through a reduction in rectifier losses of up to 70%. LED driver reduces EMI in low cost lamps

Switching at a frequency of up to 1MHz and ensuring closely controlled rise and fall times, the AL8807 buck LED driver from Diodes Incorporated has been purpose designed to reduce EMI issues in the lower cost MR16 LED lamp market.
