Bedside terminal provides home comforts for patients

A 10.1” multi-touch medical terminal, powered by TI's OMAP 4470 Dual core Cortex-A9 and Android OS 4.1.1, has been released by Arbor Technology. The lightweight, slim-profile M1012 terminal is suitable for bedside infotainment and medical thin-client applications. Supporting 75mm VESA, the M1012 can be mounted with arms or stands. In addition to a rolling stand, Arbor offers the Htab system, a combined stand and terminal.

Wirelessly chargeable tablet targets IoT applications

Suitable for transport, medical and industrial IoT applications, the Gladius 8 tablet has been released by Arbor Technology. The device, which has a wireless charge capability, features a Quad-core Cortex A7 processor, a 7.85" colour TFT LCD display with a multi-touch projected-capacitive touchscreen, and multiple connectivity options.

Industrial panel PCs supplied in 16:9 widescreen formats

Intel Atom E3800-based CPU operates from -40 to +85°C

ARBOR Technology announces the release of the EmETX-i2304 ETX 3.02 CPU module, based on the Intel Atom processors E3800 family. For increased flexibility, six versions of the EmETX-i2304 are available in various CPU combinations, including two models which support a wide operating temperature range of -40 to + 85°C, and another variant with TDP of just 6W.

Panel PC meets host of smart building applications

ARBOR Technology (UK) has expanded its range of ultra-slim line Panel PCs with the launch of the LYNC-708. With features including a flexible modular design, low power consumption and ultra-slim dimensions, the PC can handle a multitude of deployments within the “smart building” including applications within air conditioning, fire detection, lighting, parking, energy management, access control and building management systems.
