1kW power supplies with Active-PFC for industrial applications
ABSOPULSE Electronics has introduced the PFHI 1K-FXW series of high input voltage, wide input range switched-mode power supplies with active power factor correction (PFC) designed for 1kW industrial applications.
Pure convection cooled IP66-rated sine wave inverter
ABSOPULSE Electronics has recently released the CSI 1K-24/230-3XD3-HSF, a 1kVA addition its line of IP66-rated DC/AC sine wave inverters with pure convection cooling. This 1kVA inverter is designed for applications where a suitable heatsinking surface is not available and only pure convection cooling is feasible.
Five kilowatts high input voltage DC/DC converters
ABSOPULSE Electronics has released the HVI 5K-3U7 series of high input voltage industrial DC/DC converters that deliver up to 5kW output power. A built-in redundancy diode allows for parallel connection of a number of 5kW converter units to create a 10kW, 15kW, or higher DC-power solution, and N+1 operation. The output separation diode also makes the units suitable for battery charging applications.
Three-phase, high voltage power supply for industrial applications
ABSOPULSE Electronics’ has released the HTH 1K-F6W, a three-phase high voltage AC/DC power supply designed for 1,000W industrial applications. The unit operates from a three-phase line input of 400Vac (340-446Vac range) and delivers a 200Vdc single output. Similar power supplies that operate from 380Vac or 480Vac three-phase sources are also available on request.
DC/DC converters deliver up to 2,000W
ABSOPULSE Electronics’ HVI 2K-F6W series of high input voltage DC/DC converters employ HVI2500 topology to deliver up to 2,000W output power. The converters are suitable for a range of industrial applications that require a rugged, reliable, DC power supply capable of accepting high input voltage and where size and weight are constraining factors.
Liquid cooled high input voltage DC/DC converter
ABSOPULSE Electronics has released the LQC 2K-3U2LC, a liquid cooled, industrial quality DC/DC converter that uses field-proven technology to deliver up to 2000W output power. The unit accepts an input of 600Vdc (400Vdc to 800Vdc range) and provides 24Vdc/80A output voltage.
Inverters deliver 800VA three-phase pure sine wave output voltage
ABSOPULSE Electronics’ CTPH 800-F7W series of high input voltage DC/AC inverters deliver up to 800VA three-phase pure sine wave output voltage. The inverters operate from a 700Vdc nominal input, 500 to 900Vdc operating range, 1,100Vdc peak, with a maximum start-up current of two amps.

The RWY 200-HSA-P2 series of fully encapsulated railway quality DC/DC converters with pure convection cooling have recently been released by ABSOPULSE Electronics. The 200W converters deliver a single, regulated output of 12, 24, 36, 48 or 110Vdc. They accept inputs of 24, 36, 48, 72 or 110Vdc with EN50155 wide input ranges.

ABSOPULSE Electronics has recently released the BUR 3K-P600, a compact, encapsulated, industrial grade, step-down DC/DC regulator that delivers up to 3000W output power. The unit steps a 600Vdc (400-800Vdc) input down to 300Vdc or similar voltage at very high efficiency. The use of the latest semiconductor technology contributes to 97-98% efficiency, allowing high power density in a compact 155 x 68.5 x 270 mm enclosure.
