Slimline PC system suitable for graphics rich applications

A slimline 178x178x34 ready-to-run PC system has been announced by BVM. The AS Rock Jupiter-H110 is suitable for use as the computer engine for a variety of graphics rich and computing-intensive applications where low power consumption is required. It is available with a choice of Intel’s 6th generation Skylake 14nm Core i7/i5/i3, Pentium and Celeron processors in the LGA1151 socket. It runs under the H110 chipset, with up to 32GB of 2,133MHz SO-DIMM available in two slots.

Intel HD graphics supports large screen dual displays via 8k UHD Display Port with a theoretical maximum output of 7680×4320 at 24 bpp, 60Hz and 4k UHD 4096x2160 8bpp at 60Hz HDMI outputs. A traditional D-Sub port is also provided.

A dedicated space for a 2.5” SATA HDD or SSD drive is provided in the enclosure. A WiFi/Bluetooth combo card is provided; I/O includes a Gigabit Ethernet LAN RJ45 port, an RS232 serial port, six USB3.0 and two USB2.0 ports. Line out and MIC in jacks are provided to complement the audio channels of the Display Port and HDMI outputs. Power is from an external DC supply and the unit is compatible with standard VESA mounts for easy attachment to external surfaces.
