Slim fanless industrial touch PC fits tight spaces

Utilising the high-performance Intel Celeron J1900 quad-core processor, Axiomtek has announced the launch of the GOT5153W-834, a 15.6" WXGA TFT LCD fanless touch panel computer. The all-in-one industrial touch panel PC features a slim industrial design with a thickness of 59mm, allowing for easy installation in space-constrained environments.

The GOT5153W-834 features an IPX1-compliant chassis and IP65-rated spill and dust resistant front panel, to ensure the system operates reliably and stability in harsh environments. With a patented chassis, the touch panel PC offers an excellent heat dissipation.

The widescreen computer has five membrane switches on its front panel, aiming to provide end-users with enhanced convenience for control of the system’s LCD on/off function, brightness, volume setting and more. With all of these features, this system is suitable for applications including HMI, digital signage, kiosk, building visitor controls and any IoT-related applications.

To meet different application needs, the IP65 industrial panel computer also has rich expandability interfaces, including two RS-232/422/485 ports, two Gigabit LAN ports, two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, two PCIe Mini Card slots and one VGA display output. The GOT5153W-834 is also equipped with two built-in 3W IP65 speakers for multimedia entertainment.

“The quad-core Intel Celeron-based GOT5153W-834 provides high-end computing performance. It consumes less power than many other systems in the market and is highly reliable,” said Ivy Lee, Product Manager, Product Marketing Division, Axiomtek. “This slim-type touch panel PC provides two PCI Express Mini Card slots and a built-in WLAN antenna for wireless network connections. By simply plugging in the wireless LAN card, operators can use the GOT5153W-834 to transfer data in wireless LAN/GPRS/GSM/4G environments. It also has two Gigabit LAN ports that provide high speed Ethernet and network host redundancy capabilities.”

The GOT5153W-834 will be available in early 2015.
