Fanless embedded system has achieved VMware Ready status

Vecow has announced that its thin client solution with the ECS-7000 series fanless embedded system has achieved VMware Ready status. This designation indicates that the company’s solution has undergone detailed test procedures and is supported on VMware vSphere 5.5 for production environments.

“It’s quite an important milestone for the Vecow ECS-7000 series fanless embedded system getting the first VMware Ready certification,” said Thomas Su, Director, Embedded System & Platform Division, Vecow. “By using the ECS-7000 series fanless embedded system with VMware vSphere 5.5 and View Connection Server 6.0.1 enterprises can make seamless compatibility, trusted reliability and intelligent remote management solution possible in mission critical embedded applications.”
