Docking stations support four displays & two laptops

StarTech.com has announced the release of two different docking stations that are some of the first in the industry with support for up to four displays and two laptops. The docking station for two laptops with file and peripheral sharing (USBDOCKH2DP) supports switching between two laptops and file sharing between the two. The triple video docking station (USB3DDOCKFT) supports three additional displays for a total of four with the laptop screen.

The docking stations connect through a single USB 3.0 port and allows further connection to a wide variety of peripherals for an easy workstation set-up.

The triple video docking station features triple video output to two DisplayPort and a single HDMI monitor with 4K resolution (3840x2160px) supported on a single 4K DP monitor. It also features five USB 3.0 hub ports, including one supporting BC 1.2 charging specification for versatility of greater peripheral connections and simultaneous charging of a mobile device.

The docking station for two laptops connects two different laptop systems to single dock for convenient method of transferring files between the two hosts and has a convenient switch button to select active system with docking station. It also features 4K resolution (3840x2160px) supported on a single 4K DisplayPort monitor and rear panel dual display capability (HDMI + DisplayPort). It has five USB 3.0 hub ports, including one supporting BC 1.2 charging specification for versatility of greater peripheral connections and simultaneous charging of a mobile device.
