Live performances often require amplified music and lighting on stage, drawing large quantities of power in various locations and needing an extensive audio signal distribution capability. In order to help simplify and speed set-up for roadies, Verotec has announced three products with easy to use power and audio distribution units.

There are two versions of stage power distribution units available. Both designs are of tough steel construction, have power present neon indicators and are CE Marked. Version 1 features heavy duty bar handles for connector protection and ease of handling with eight times standard UK 13A (BS1363) socket outlets and either a 16 or 32A, 3-pin CEE form commando outlet socket and inlet plug for daisy chaining units together.

Version 2 comes as a 19” rack mount unit or with an M8 stud at the rear for truss mounting. It has three 16A, 3-pin CEE form commando socket outlets, each with MCB protection and a 16A, 3-pin CEE form commando plug inlet.

Designed for use by touring/hire companies, the universal audio patching/distribution enclosure is a heavy duty 6U 19” rack mount form factor unit with universal/industry standard cutouts in both the front and the rear panels, making it a very versatile unit. As standard the front panel has 48 XLR cut-outs and two 60mm circular cutouts for TEN47 multi-core connectors. The removable rear panel is available either punched for 37-way Min-D connectors or left blank. To suit specific requirements, custom rear panels can be specified. Optional lacing bars for cable management off the rear panel can also be specified.
