Advantech-Innocore has declared the ICE 2015 tradeshow a ‘huge success’, highlighting elevated interest in its products, especially the DPX-S435, DPX-S1435, DPX-E130 and display products range. Advantech Display Solutions (ADS) is a product division formed when GPEG International joined Advantech last year. ADS offers gaming industry customers specialised monitor and display solutions.
The DPX-S435 is the first Intel Xeon capable single board integrated solution with a full feature set of I/O, COMs, storage and advanced security designed specifically for the Gaming Industry. The DPX-S1435 extends the popular DPX-S series range, being a full system level computer platform with custom logic box enclosure and incorporating the high performance DPX-S435 CPU board.
The DPX-S1435 is a complete gaming system combining the performance of Advantech-Innocore’s DPX-S435 motherboard with the convenience of the DPX-S1000 enclosure. Adding a new dimension to the DPX-S series range, the S1000 enclosure is a gaming system logic box designed to accommodate any of Advantech’s DPX-S series motherboards in style and with excellent access to the interior behind a casino grade key-locked lid.
The DPX-S1435 system has a card slot bay for a PCI-Express graphics card that is wide enough for today’s high powered double- width graphics cards giving the customer the ability to upgrade from the integrated graphics or add more monitors (up to 7 or more). For mass storage the system includes a quick release carrier with shock mounting for SSD or hard drive.
The DPX-E130 is a complete gaming solution designed specifically for the revised Italian AWP3 regulations. The system, based on the AMD G-Series embedded chipset, is designed for low power, high performance operation with a 5 year life cycle. Although designed primarily for the Italian gaming market, the product’s feature set and low cost make it suitable for other markets where key requirements are similar - low cost and mid-level performance with robust reliability and security features.
Edward Price, Managing Director, Advantech-Innocore, commented: “ICE 2015 was a hugely successful show for us. We hosted visits from several of our key customers from the USA as well as Asia and Europe, even Latin America. We are finding that more and more companies in gaming, small and large, are operating internationally. This allows Advantech to provide increased value to our customers. As the gaming-focused business unit of the $1bn Advantech Group, Advantech-Innocore stands alone among hardware suppliers in our ability to offer coordinated support both technical and logistical to customers all over the world. Furthermore our wide selection of approved gaming platforms and associated products mean those customers can select our products with confidence that their end product will pass the regulatory requirements in any international market.”
