Expanding the company's heavy industrial touch panel PC product line, DFI has announced the TPC190-SB. This 19" panel PC is powered by 3rd/2nd-gen Intel Core processors and is suited for embedded applications such as HMI systems, kiosks, medical equipment and ATMs. The PC supports a 5-wire resistive, 1280x1024 TFT LCD touch screen panel that has a brightness of 350nits.

Withstanding tough industrial environments, the TPC190-SB is constructed with aluminium front panels. The IP65-rated PC protects the panel from ingress of dust and water, as well as allowing easy cleansing of the panel.

Based on the Intel H61 Express Chipset, the panel PC is equipped with two DDR3 SODIMM sockets, two 2.5” SATA drive bays, one optional optical drive bay, two LAN controllers, two COM ports and six type A USB ports (two at the front panel and four at the bottom). Additional expansion capabilities are offered by the PCIe, PCI and Mini PCIe socket which supports PCIe and USB signals for WiFi modules and half/full size Mini PCIe cards.

Operating over a temperature range from -10 to +50°C, the 19” panel PC can be used in outdoor environments and can be mounted with VESA mount (75x75 and 100x100), wall mount or panel mount options.
