HUBER+SUHNER has added to its family of phase invariant cable assemblies designed for phase critical applications requiring precision electrical length connectivity. The Minibend CTR is a 0.86in cable assembly while the Mini141 CT is a 0.141in assembly – both offering excellent phase and insertion loss stability over the temperature range -55⁰C to +125⁰C.

These Minibend cable assemblies combine the industry-renowned flexibility of HUBER+SUHNER bend-to-the-end technology with market leading phase versus temperature performance to create a stable, reliable, MIL-DTL-17 qualified cable solution to satisfy a very wide range of customer applications where phase stability is key. The bend to-the-end capability is applicable right behind the connector and the use of solderless junctions means enhanced system reliability

Important features of these phase invariant cable assemblies include maximum insertion loss figures of 6.02dB/m (CTR) and 3.52dB/m (Mini141 CT) – both at 40GHz, a minimum bending radius of 5mm (CTR) and 8.4mm (Mini141 CT) and a phase versus flexure of 0.1⁰/GHz.

HUBER+SUHNER offers a broad selection of available connector interfaces, including SMA, SK and SMP, to ensure a large variety of configurations to meet the specific requirements of customers.
