The popular and extensive range of Binder M16 connectors has been extended with the introduction of versions with crimp termination allowing simple and easy termination without the need for soldering.
Complementing and fully interchangeable with the existing solder and screw termination types, these new connectors are available across both the IP40 rated Series 581 and the IP67 Series 423 M16 connectors in 5, 6, 7 and 8-pole formats for cable sizes 0.25mm2 and 0.50mm2 with a current rating of 5 to 7A. With a nickel-plated brass body and silver plated contacts the mating cycle is over 500. Crimp contacts are available either singularly or on ribbons of 200 or 2000 pieces.

These new versions will prove popular for ANPR systems, gas and water meters, temperature sensors, pressure gauges, torque sensors and similar equipment.
