New SMT cable management clips from Harwin can be auto assembled saving time and money

Harwin’s metal clips are physically much smaller than equivalent plastic wire management clips. They are placed directly onto solder pads, thus negating the need to drill retaining holes in the PCB, offering further space and cost savings. More, the new clips are ultra low profile and, unlike the old, bulky plastic clips, they do no protrude through the PCB increasing design flexibility. Supplied on tape and reel and fully compatible with automated manufacturing and soldering processes, Harwin’s new metal cable clips offer excellent mechanical performance and are available in four different sizes to accommodate a range of wires between 1.0mm and 3.0mm in diameter.
