The new Nanonics connectors from TE Connectivity are now available to European customers through TTI. Qualified to MIL-DTL-32139 specifications, these new two-row Nanonics connector assemblies are an important addition to TE Connectivity’s nanominiature rectangular product line. The small form factor and narrow footprint of this ultra-compact interconnect family saves space and weight in applications such as aerospace, defence, commercial aviation, marine, oil and gas.

They are also well-suited to test and measurement applications. Fully interchangeable with other M32139 interconnects, the Nanonics Connector family assures rugged reliability for critical applications in harsh environments.

Electrical dielectric withstanding voltage specification is 250V at sea level and 100V at 70,000 feet. Physical characteristics include electroless nickel-plated aluminium or passivated stainless steel shells that are corrosion-resistant for use in harsh environments.

The connector range ensures effective operation over a wide temperature range: -65degC to +125degC. Rugged and durable, they are guaranteed to withstand a minimum of 200 mating cycles and boast a keying feature to help eliminate mis-mating and prevent stubbing. Both space and weight are major considerations in many applications such as aerospace and commercial aviation, and the connector family has 0.025in contact centerlines and a small ultra-compact form factor.

As well as boasting a space-saving design, the connectors have factory-terminated leads that minimise installation costs and captive plug jackscrews which obviate the need for additional accessory hardware.
