Multipurpose ABS box resists 85°C temperatures
The widely used CamdenBoss “BIM” box is available at specialist distributor JPR Electronics. It is a high quality multipurpose ABS box available in a range of colours and sizes intended for enclosing small electronic assemblies, sensors, measuring and control equipment.
The lid and base are moulded in rugged ABS which can withstand operating temperatures up to +85°C. The enclosure offers excellent properties for drilling or machining and has a polished finish for ease of cleaning.
Four M3 machine screws secure the lid to mating brass inserts in the base enabling reliable repetitive removal of the lid for battery replacement or function adjustments.
Integral mounting guides are provided which accept 1.6cm PCBs and adaptors are included for horizontal PCB mounting.
The CamdenBoss BIM box is available in black, grey and white with sizes ranging from 75 x 50 x 27mm to 250 x 200 x 64mm and available from stock from JPR Electronics
