A fanless Pico-ITX motherboard designed to support the Intel Celeron processors quad-core J1900 and dual-core N2807 has been introduced by Axiomtek. Featuring a system memory that supports up to 8GB of DDR3L, the PICO842 supports dual display outputs through HDMI or VGA, and 18/24-bit single/dual channel LVDS.

With improved media and graphics performance, the board is suitable for any graphics, imaging, and video intensive application. Its ultra slim size also makes it suitable for IoT, medical, automation, and embedded systems. The Pico-ITX motherboard measures 10x7.2cm, 75% smaller than the Mini-ITX form factor.

Alongside a board-to-board expansion slot, the PICO842 has a full-size PCIe Mini Card slot with mSATA supported on the rear side. Other advanced I/O interfaces include four USB 2.0 ports, two RS-232/422/485 ports, one Gigabit Ethernet port, a HD audio interface, and a SATA-300 slot. To ensure reliable operation, the board supports watchdog timer and hardware monitoring features. The PICO842 runs with Windows 7 and 8.1 Oss and requests only +12VDC supply input.
