The D3445-S and D3446-S motherboards from Fujitsu boast the latest generation of Intel Core processors. They are specifically designed for industrial use and are in stock at distributor Rutronik. The motherboards have been developed for continuous operation in an extended temperature range from 0°C up to +60°C and have a guaranteed availability of five years.

The requirements of the industrial use are fulfilled with strict revision control and consistent lifecycle management as well as extensive documentation and certifications.

Due to an optimised, highly efficient design of the voltage converter, the models have a very low power consumption in all operating states. The ATX form factor with its multitude of PCIe slots also offers extensive expandability.

Flagship of the series is the D3446-S with Intel C236 chipset for workstations and servers. Thus, the board supports both the Intel Xeon processor and Intel Core processors of the 6th generation, which allows the use of the powerful DDR4 memory for the first time.

The ECC (Error Correction Code) function is available with Intel Core i3, Intel Xeon, Intel Pentium-G and Intel Celeron processors.

Thanks to the Intel C236 chipset, the D3446-S also offers extensive management features such as Intel AMT and Intel vPro (out-of-band manageability).

The D3445-S is based on the Intel H110 chipset and it is especially recommended for low-cost industrial systems.

Compared to the D3446-S, one mSATA slot, the ECC support, support for Intel Xeon processors as well as the management capabilities Intel AMT and vPro are omitted.

Both models have two Gigabit Ethernet ports and at least one RS232 port, a parallel port connection as well as the proven Fujitsu functions such as Watchdog, SilentFan and EraseDisk.

In addition to the Intel Core processors, the mainboards allow the use of Skylake-based Intel Pentium-G processors and the future Intel Celeron processors.
