OK International will present new products delivering high accuracy solutions at Productronica 2011
OK International is a global supplier of soldering and adhesive bonding tools for the electronics assembly industry represented under its three brands: Techcon precision fluid dispsensing, Metcal premium soldering and array rework and OKi mainstream soldering, convection rework and fume extraction.
Techcon is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, offering a wealth of expertise and dispensing products ranging from disposable accessories to complete microprocessor-controlled dispensing systems, and precision valves. The team will be demonstrating the new TS5540-MS micro spray valve, designed to spray low to medium viscosity fluids using TE Series disposable dispensing tips, and the new TS1254 Pressure Pot engineered to accommodate solvents, adhesives, CAS and UVs. Techcon will showcase their Industry leading range of two-component cartridge packaging, mixing equipment and consumables, as well as an extensive range of dispensing accessories.
The team will also be showcasing its entire range of Metcal array package rework systems featuring a revolutionary new concept, as well as its unbeatable classic SmartHeat® powered MX-5000 soldering, desoldering and rework stations. As for the OKi brand, plenty will be on display too including a brand new MFR-1300 desoldering station with an extra large collection chamber and an ergonomically enhanced MRS-1000 modular convection rework system for the removal and placement of BGA/CSP and SMT components.
