Electronics packaging specialist Schroff has introduced a new co-ordinated service strategy designed to ensure that customers enjoy comprehensive support throughout the entire life cycle of the company’s products.
Grouped together under the banner ‘ServicePLUS’, Schroff’s product support services are now arranged in eight modules comprising configuration, assembly, modification, solution, express, support, academy and lifecycle.

From the initial configuration of the product to the recycling or disposal of component parts at the end of its life, ServicePLUS enables Schroff to provide the outstanding level of service demanded by customers today.

Commenting on the ServicePLUS initiative, Keith Reynolds, technical/marketing manager at Schroff UK, said: “What ServicePLUS does is to make our support services more transparent. It enables customers to specify the exact level of support to suit their particular requirements, whether it’s the ability to modify standard designs, express delivery of the product or a whole range of other services.”

Building on Schroff’s four decades of experience in the development and manufacture of the highest-quality electronics packaging solutions, ServicePLUS amalgamates all existing and some new pre- and after-sales services into one comprehensive offer. Schroff sees this initiative as the foundation of real and enduring partnerships with its customers in the future.
