Andreas Mangler, Head of Strategic Marketing, represented Rutronik at the inauguration of a new headquarters for its franchise partner, the Nanya Technology Corporation. With the construction of its new production plant, this Taiwanese manufacturer of DRAM memory solutions has switched its production to 20nm technology, allowing them to produce up to 38,000 wafers each month.

The total capacity of the production plant is 68,000 wafers per month. Modernisation will enable the production of an entire product line with DDR4 and LPDDR4x for use in smart car, smart home, smart office and Industry 4.0 applications.

Andreas Mangler, Head of Strategic Marketing at Rutronik, was among the 200 invited guests at the exclusive inauguration ceremony.

The guests also included Taiwan’s then-Prime Minister Lin Chuan, Minister of Education Wen-Chung Pan and the Mayor of Taipei Ko Wen-je. The event provided an excellent opportunity to meet with Nanya’s top management and with decision makers at the highest echelons of government.

“I had the opportunity to hold some very interesting and informative discussions at the inauguration event,” explained Mangler.

During the celebration, Mangler accepted an award in recognition of the partnership between Rutronik and Nanya. “We aim to support our strong partner Nanya in achieving further growth on the market and are confident that we will achieve this with our global distribution network,“ said Isabella Weinlein, Product Manager for Nanya at Rutronik
