Powerbox acquires assets of former Power Technics BV
Powerbox announces that it has acquired the assets of former Power Technics BV in Etten-Leur, the Netherlands. The assets includes products IPs, laboratory equipment, warehouse etc. This acquisition will strengthen Powerbox design capabilities for demanding applications.
Based in the Netherlands, Power Technics is the front-runner in the development, design and production of electronic power supplies for industrial, aviation, shipping, rail, telecommunications, OEM and medical applications. Driven by technology innovations Power Technics has developed a range of power solutions and platforms for applications requiring high level of quality and reliability.

Power Technics will be fully integrated within the Powerbox Group and will remain located in the same facility in The Netherlands.
