In her new role at P. D. Circuits, Deb’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the Customer Service department meets or exceeds the expectations and requirements of P. D. Circuits’ customers. She ensures that all aspects of customer service are performed accurately and in a timely manner according to company standard operating procedures, and that the department provides the flexibility that customers need.

Deb is a sales, customer service and operations professional with an extensive track record in operating, maintaining and servicing customer accounts and Web applications, resulting in increased productivity and customer satisfaction. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Business and Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and CAD Certification from Northern Essex Community College.
Deb brings more than 25 years of industry experience in sales and customer service from respected companies including Advanced Reproductions, Agfa and Sanmina-SCI Corporation.
