Kulicke & Soffa to acquire Assembléon for $98m

Assembléon’s revenue for calendar year 2014 is currently anticipated to be approximately $90m. Singapore-based Kulicke & Soffa intends to close this acquisition by 15^th January 2015, and expects the transaction to be accretive within the first year.
