Data Foundry announces that it will participate in this year’s Data Center World Conference in Orlando, Florida. On September 12th and 13th Data Foundry staff will be on-hand in booth #433 to consult with attendees on disaster recovery solutions, as well as showcase Data Foundry’s newly opened state-of-the-art Texas 1 data center facility.
As the leading educational conference for data center professionals, Data Center World is the largest global event of its kind and has been named one of the 50 fastest growing tradeshows in the U.S. Data Center World is presented by AFCOM, the premier data center association representing 4,500 of the largest data centers around the world.

Data Foundry’s Texas 1 , phase one of a new 250,000 square foot, 24 megawatt, carrier-neutral data center, offers companies the industry’s leading choice in data center operations and design. Engineered for redundancy at every level, Texas 1 has a design that is 100% concurrently maintainable through independent and diverse power, water, and network feeds with no single point of failure.

Moreover, the company’s dedicated worksite recovery locations in Austin, Texas are far from hurricane, earthquake and floodplain zones. Full redundancy coupled with Data Foundry’s high availability colocation, carrier-neutral network access, and private fiber connectivity to equipment and data allows for seamless operations in the event of a disaster. Texas 1 is the first purpose-built data center constructed on the 40-acre, master-planned Data Ranch development site, allowing ample room for future scalability and growth.
