Kenny Presly, UK and Ireland Area Manager at Panduit, said: “We have had fantastic feedback from everyone who has walked through the doors at the new WHQ and are extremely excited by the environmental and cost benefits it brings.

“In a nutshell our UPI approach delivers optimal operational efficiency without sacrificing effectiveness.

“It significantly reduces capital and operational expenses in buildings while enhancing productivity, safety, reliability and sustainability and it’s been fantastic to work with Cisco to demonstrate and achieve these benefits in one of our own buildings.

“The headquarters is already being viewed in the industry as a model for best-in-class integrated buildings worldwide.”

At the foundation of the new headquarters is Panduit's physical infrastructure solutions which combined with Cisco wired and wireless networks provide coverage throughout the entire 280,000 square-foot facility.

“As the trend of building automation and IT convergence advances, the common vision we have developed with Panduit becomes even more relevant.

“Together we are helping to rethink the way that physical infrastructure is managed and are opening up new opportunities for our customers to place network-driven innovation at the heart of their business,” said David Hsieh, VP Marketing, Emerging Technologies Group, Cisco.
