AWR Corporation’s Merger with National Instruments Now Complete
AWR announced that the merger with National Instruments, as first announced on May 23, 2011, has now been completed. As previously announced, AWR will continue to operate as a wholly owned NI subsidiary under the leadership of the existing management team.
