PhaseWare’s Self Service Center provides online reporting, allowing ACD’s customers to obtain job status from the process center, review quality statistics and understand a generic root cause, review accounts receivable status, and download an updated inventory listing.

With the implementation of PhaseWare’s Self Service Center, ACD’s customers can obtain job data for an individual board that was manufactured for a specific contact as opposed to a dump of all product data produced by ACD for a particular OEM, forcing an individual to weed through the data for a particular board. All of this is delivered through ACD’s SSL secured Web site.
