Teledyne LeCroy’s new WaveSurfer 10 oscilloscope combines the MAUI advanced user interface with powerful waveform processing, in addition to advanced math, measurement and debug tools, to quickly analyse and find the root cause of problems. Built on the WaveSurfer platform that pioneered large screen, small footprint oscilloscopes, the new oscilloscope provides a 10.4in touch screen display, high performance hardware and compact form factor.

Easily accessible measurement, math and debug tools, plus a wide variety of serial data protocol decoders, as well as a full complement of advanced active probes ensure the oscilloscope can capture and analyse any type of waveform and simplify the debug process.

The LabNotebook documentation and report generation tool provides a fast way to save waveforms, save setups and screen images, report results, and view offline.

With the addition of the Advanced Debug Toolkit software, the oscilloscope becomes a debug and analysis machine. The high sample rate of 10 GS/s on all 4 channels, 32 Mpts of memory, sequence mode segmented memory, history mode waveform playback, 13 additional math functions, and 2 simultaneous math traces enable the WaveSurfer 10 to perform advanced analysis on long captures with 10x oversampling to find the root cause of problems.

MAUI is an advanced user interface that was developed to put all the power and capabilities of the oscilloscope right at the user's fingertips. It was designed for touch; all important oscilloscope controls, as well as positioning and zooming waveforms, moving cursors, configuring measurements and interacting with results are done with intuitive touch screen controls.

It is built for simplicity; basic features and advanced tools are seamlessly integrated to simplify operation. Time saving shortcuts and intuitive dialogs simplify setup, and the intelligent display resizes waveforms and measurements to simplify debug.

MAUI is made to solve all aspects of waveforms can be measured to quickly identify problems. The causes of these problems can be determined using the deepest set of debug tools and solutions can be found fast with the powerful analysis tools.
