Multi-Contact produces safety guide to electrical test and measurement

Published in response to customer queries that Multi-Contact regularly receives regarding test accessories, the guide concedes that the subject is not always straightforward. It offers useful hints to assist in the selection and use of the correct types of test leads and accessories and covers the latest updates to IEC/EN 61010-031, the main standard for the safe operation of electrical measuring accessories.

An outline of the CAT I to CAT IV measurement categories provides a simple reference to help the tester determine which category is applicable.
