Low-Cost PC-based SD Protocol Tracer/Logger from Elan Digital Systems
Elan Digital Systems announces the release of an addition to its highly innovative and successful portable Test & Measurement product range – the SDDL1000 - a handy new timesaver for all engineers working on SD and SDIO related projects.
The SDDL1000 is aimed at the fast growing SD/SDHC/SDIO market and provides numerous time saving features such as automatic timing violation analysis and unlimited buffer size.

The device is powered from the USB2.0 host PC and measures just 130 x 79 x 28mm making it very easy to use both inside and outside the engineering Lab.

The application software and GUI are Java TM based and therefore instantly portable across all major PC operating systems.

A number of different test 'pods' are available to simplify connection to the DUT (Device Under Test). Example standard SD card, Mini & Micro SD or probe type in-circuit connection.

Custom versions of the product are possible in order to meet the requirements of the widest possible range of users.

More products in this family are currently in development including SD3 compliant versions and Elan Digital is offering a discounted upgrade path.

Elan Digital Systems is a specialist SD/SDIO designer and manufacturer of standard and custom products and has already been responsible for a number of unique products utilising this technology.
