CAT II & III safety measuring leads ensure optimal connection & long life
Schukat supplies Schützinger leads for rated current of 32A and rated voltage of 1000V in protection classes CAT II (VSKF5000 andVSKF5001 series) and CAT III (VSKF6000 and VSKF6001). The ''fixed sleeve principle'' favoured by Schützinger prevents inadvertent contact with the connecting elements, guaranteeing greater safety than with the sliding-sleeve principle more usual on the market.
The use of high-quality contact materials combined with highly resistant insulation ensures optimal connection and long life. These Schützinger measuring leads consist of two safety lamella basket plugs assembled to a highly flexible, double shielded 2.5mm2 PVC conductor with an axial socket. A very high strand count delivers the best possible flexibility. Customers can choose between nickel-plated (VSKF5000, VSKF6000) and gold-plated (VSKF5001,VSKF6001) contacts, a range of colours (black, red, blue, yellow and green) and in 0.5m, 1m, 1.5m and 2m lengths direct from stock.
Schukat also supplies these Schützinger measuring leads from stock as a 4mm standard product (Series MFK15/1 and MFK15/2.5). For the change from the standard to the safety range, suitable adapters are also available. On request, your logo can be printed on the sockets, and Schukat can also supply different colours, lengths, conductor cross-sections and contact surfaces.
