The Leap Motion Controller senses how people naturally move their hands and lets them use a computer in a whole new way. Point, wave, reach and grab; pick something up and move it'; he controller is sleek, light, and just 7.6cm long. It uses the space above a desk and doesn’t replace the keyboard, mouse, stylus or trackpad. It works with them, without requiring special adapters. With the Leap Motion software running, just plug it into the USB on a Mac or PC.

All the open space between a user and the computer is now for hands and fingers with the controller sensing movement from all 10 fingers up to 0.01mm. The controller can track movements at a rate of over 200fps so the action on a screen keeps up with every move. Technically speaking, it’s 8 cubic feet of interactive, 3D space.

It's dramatically more sensitive than existing motion control technology, allowing users to draw or paint mini masterpieces inside a 1" cube. It features a super-wide 150° field of view and Z-axis for depth.
