Transformers are vacuum impregnated to 0.25µm
A series of transformers, designed for aerospace and military equipment, and satellites and telecomms, has been released by Innovative Power. The High Voltage Transformers, which meet power and reliability requirements in rugged operating environments, operate from 400V to 50kVA.
Enabling high performance and a long operating life, the precision wirewound transformers are manufactured using IPI’s advanced Perfect Layer Coil Winding technology.
The devices are vacuum/pressure impregnated to 0.25µm/100psi for operation in rugged environments. Featuring a flexible, scalable design, the transformers support a wide range of high voltage power applications.
Manufactured in IPI’s cellular manufacturing facility, which meets ISO 9001-2008, the devices comply to multiple military standards. To ensure high performance and a long operating life, IPI carries out quality control procedures and testing in its Environmental Test Laboratory.
The High Voltage Transformers are available now, priced from $10.00 to $2000.00 each and sold in one-piece quantities. On request, the transformers can be customised.
