A slimline, high-efficiency din rail product range up to 960W, which has been designed up to 30% smaller than the industry standard for industrial automation, control and instrumentation applications has been unveiled by Stadium Stontronics. With an input range of 90 – 264VAC, the product range is suitable for worldwide use.

The DG din rail series offers a high efficiency up to 94.5% and an operating temperature range of -25°C to 70°C across the range in a slim casing ranging from 32mm to 110mm in width. The products are designed for installation on TS-35/75 or TS-35/15 din rails.

The DG series is available in versions from 15W to 960W (75W – 960W with parallel function) with a range of output voltages from 12 to 48VDC, output power to 110%, and 150% peak output current for three seconds.

A lower cost series of models, designated as DGU, is offered as part of the range in 75W and 120W versions, in a 45mm-width case.

EMC emissions for both series meet EN55022 and EN55024 Class B. The units comply with EN61000-3-2 harmonic current requirements.

Designed for industrial use, the outputs have a full range of protection features including overvoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit protection and over-temperature protection.

Target markets are factory automation, robotics, transportation and power generation equipment.
