Right angle AC/DC power supplies conserve board space
CUI have released right angle versions of it's SIP AC/DC power supplies, which are available in 1 (PBK-1-XX-B), 3 (PBK-3-XX-B) and 5W (PBK-5-XX-B). The PBK-B family of power supplies measure as small as 35x25x13mm, making them suitable for boards with a limited space. Offered in single output voltages of 3.3, 5, 9, 12, 15 and 24VDC, the power supplies operate at AC input voltages between 85-264VAC.
For high voltage DC/DC applications, the family provide a DC input range of 100-400VDC. Suitable applications include automation equipment, industrial systems, security applications, and telecommunication equipment. For use in demanding applications, the family operate from -40 to +85°C (PBK-1-XX-B and PBK-3-XX-B) and -25 to +85°C (PBK-5-XX-B).
The power supplies meet UL 60950-1/EN 60950-1 standards and comply with EN55022 Class B limits for conducted and radiated EMC. Designed for 3,000VAC per minute input to output isolation, the power supplies feature over current and continuous short circuit protection.
