Power supplies suit industrial & domestic applications
With its next-gen LRS enclosed-type power supply units (35 to 350W) without PFC, MeanWell is reacting to the increased market demand for energy-efficient, miniaturised models for system installation. Effective immediately, Schukat now offers MeanWell's LRS-35, LRS-50, LRS-75, LRS-100 and LRS-150 models. These power supplies suit a wide range of applications, extending beyond the industrial area into use in household appliances.
The LRS family uses an optimised circuit design and a high degree of automation in production. Compared to predecessor models, these power supplies deliver better performance in a smaller package at a particularly economical price. Features include their extremely low no-load power consumption of just under 0.2 to 0.75W, low profile (1HU, or just 30mm), and functionality at up to 5000m.
Operational state is indicated via an LED indicator. The efficiency of the power supply units in the LRS series is a high 91%, with free-air convection cooling. All offer protection against short circuit, overload and over-voltage. They are UL/CUL/TUV/CCC/CB/CE certified and also meet the requirements of various safety standards (including IEC/EN/UL60950-1, IEC/EN61558-1, IEC/EN61558-2-16, IEC/EN60335-1 and GB4943).
MeanWell's LRS-35, LRS-50, LRS-75, LRS-100 and LRS-150 will soon be available direct from Schukat stock.
