Power supplies' metal enclosure enhances flexibility
A series of 600W 12-54VDC output power supplies, with a universal input of 90–264VAC, has been released by Power Sources Unlimited, expanding its TRACO Power portfolio. Offering an efficiency of up to 93%, the TXH 600 power supplies are packaged in a metal enclosure designed for a wide range of cost critical applications. The devices are equipped with screw terminal blocks, making them easy to install.
Features include active PFC, current sharing for up to three units in parallel, adjustable output voltage, remote control on/off, DC-OK Signal, +5VDC auxiliary output and an IEC 60320 C14 power inlet with integrated fuse and switch. The TXH 600 power supplies are also offered with over-voltage, over-temperature, overload and short-circuit protection.
The devices, which operate from -25 to +65°C, meet UL/cUL 60950-1, IEC/EN 60950-1 safety approvals and comply with European EMI Class B standards, EMC EN 6100-6-1 and the Low Voltage Directive. The TXH 600 power supplies are available now in prototype quantities.
