Power supplies feature active PFC and forced current sharing

Designed to provide up to 1500W, the PAE1500 series of AC/DC, single output power supplies have been announced by Powersolve. There are seven models in the series, all of which feature a 90-264V AC input voltage range with active PFC and forced current sharing for parallel operation.

Models in the PAE1500 series offer single outputs of 12, 15, 24, 30, 36, 48 and 60V DC, programmable between 0% and 105%. Output current is also programmable between 0% and 105%. A +5V, 0.5A or +9V, 0.3A auxiliary output is also provided.

The new units offer protection against overload, over voltage, over temperature and fan failure. Remote on/off, remote sense and power good signals ease system integration. PAE1500 units feature RS232, RS485 and I²C for remote setting and global control.

The PAE1500 power supplies measure 316x127x63.5mm and come with full safety approvals.
