Miniature fuse breaks short circuit currents of up to 1,500A
A small, but high-performance fuse is now available from the distributor Rutronik, the SMD 160020. The Siba SMD miniature fuse range combines high rated currents and high switching capacities in compact designs. Compared to traditional cylindrical fuses, they are easier to install and come ready for automated assembly.
The all-new SMD 160020 has been designed for currents of up to 20A at 250V, while measuring just 20mm in length.
It also breaks short circuit currents of up to 1,500A reliably.
