At this year’s show, Traco Power will be showing its range of products. The company offers the TPP 40 and TPP 65 series of 40 and 65W AC/DC power supplies, which are extended by multi-output models and models in open frame format with pin connectors.

The company offers the TPP 40 and TPP 65 series of 40 and 65W AC/DC power supplies, which are extended by multi-output models and models in open frame format with pin connectors. They are, says the company, suitable for medical devices and for demanding safety and space-critical applications.

Another offering from the company is the TMG series AC/DC power modules. They are in a fully encapsulated plastic package and are compact, energy-efficient and cost/performance optimised, says the company. The high efficiency and the use of high grade components make the modules suitable for an operating temperature range of -40 to +70°C. Low no-load power consumption means they are suitable for applications conforming to the ErP directive. The modules are protected against overload, short-circuit and over-voltage. EMI/EMC characteristics and the safety approval package qualify them for demanding applications in equipment for industrial or commercial environments.

According to the company, the TDN 5WI series redefines the power density of high performance DC/DC converters. The cubical package of only 1.23cm³ encloses a circuit which provides 5W output power without compromise regarding reliability and functionality, it is claimed. The converters operate up to 50°C environment temperature at full load, or up to 70°C with a 50% load derating. With 1,500V DC I/O-isolation voltage, external on/off and short current protection, they are suitable for applications where space is limited. The input of the converters is designed for a wide voltage range (4:1) and minimum load is not required.
