After introducing the CEN-100 (96 watt) series of cost-effective LED power supplies, Mean Well have introduced two more lower wattage metal case models. The CEN-60 (60 watt) and CEN-75 (75 watt) series both meet IP66 rating as standard.
Designed with up-to date high frequency switching technology the CEN-60 and 75 series function at up to 91% of high efficiency, and can be cooled by free air convection from -30°c to +70°c ambient temperature. To help the power supplies operate in harsh environments the CEN series have been manufactured with a full-aluminium case, stainless steel screws and waterproof cables.

The CEN series have universal 90 - 295Vac and can also operate with the 277VAC system used in North America. With built-in active PFC function, the power supplies meet the requirements of harmonic current per EN61000-3-2 Class C, and also the requirement of PF>0.9 if loading over 75% for the CEN-60 series or 70% for the CEN-75 series. The output current can be adjusted by 75% to 100% or the voltage adjusted by ± 10%.

In addition, these power supplies are equipped with 4KV surge immunity (EN61000-4-5) that complies with the requirements of street lighting applications. Other standard functions include constant voltage (C.V.) + constant current (C.C.)

Mean Well’s CEN-60 and 75 series also fulfil the LED lighting standards relating to certificates for TUV/UL/CUL/CE, including EN61347-1, EN61347-2-13 and UL8750.

Typical applications include LED street lighting, LED display and general indoor/ outdoor LED-based lighting applications.
