EOS Power significantly expands its power supply
Mumbai-based EOS Power Pvt. Ltd. is just opening a high-speed, high precision production line for small, high efficiency AC/DC power supplies. The highly automated line enables the german-indian 'low to mid volume/ high mix' global power solution experts to provide an additional production capacity of 3,500 power supplies per day – 50% more than EOS’ current output. EOS Power is seeing unprecedented demands for its new series of low profile high power density medical and industrial as well as commercial.
"The new line and its associated efficiency enhancement equipment allows EOS to meet the needs of the growing global market innovatively, fast and accurately”, states EOS director Ralph Bischoff.
EOS is known for its small, high efficiency AC/DC power supplies like the current (M)WLP series from 75 to 350W for medical and industrial wave out of box line testing, AOI, Burn-in, final test and conformal coating processes are served from a single shop-floor.
