DIN-rail power supply manufacturer PULS UK has extended its versatile Dimension range with the introduction of a new CPS20 480 watt unit available in both 24 volt and 48 volt outputs. The new CPS20 power supply unit provides many desirable features: almost no inrush current, helping reduce wiring and fusing costs; overload power of 120% that is available continuously below 45°C ambient making it effectively a 576W unit; and a power factor of up to 0.99, removing any apparent power issues or losses.

The CPS20 can operate in temperatures from -25°C to +70ºC and can therefore be used in almost any working environment. An ATEX approved version with conformal coating is also available for use in potentially explosive areas. As with all PULS designs the efficiency is high, peaking at 94%. Despite its impressive specification the CPS20 only takes up 65mm of DIN Rail space - less than the width of a £5 note.

As part of PULS’s economy range, the CPS20 offers exceptional value for money matched with cutting edge technology and high-quality.

Kelly Bruce, Sales Manager of PULS UK said, “I am delighted with these new economy units, they match technical prowess with great value. They’re perfect for any mid-power requirement.”

PULS UK offers a wide selection of account options and payment terms, along with free technical and sales support. Large stocks of the PULS range are held in the UK enabling next-day delivery as standard and same-day delivery as an option if required.
