Designed for datacomms, telecomms, industrial control, test and measurement, broadcast and portable battery powered equipment, TDK-Lambda has announced a series of 30W DC/DC converters. The CCG30 series can operate over a wide 4:1 input range from either a 9-36 or an 18-76VDC input, providing output voltages of 3.3, 5, 12 or 15VDC and currents up to 7A.

Measuring just 25.4x25.4x9.9mm (1x1x0.39"), the converters offer up to 91% efficiency, will operate in ambient temperatures from -40 to +85°C and are enclosed in a metal case with six-sided shielding.

Operation from 12 and 24V, or 24 and 48V nominal inputs assists with material control and inventory availability. The CCG series is fully isolated with an input to output isolation and input or output to case isolation of 1,500 and 1,000VDC, respectively.

Standard features include ±10% output voltage adjustment, remote on-off, over-current and over-voltage protection. Safety certification includes IEC/EN 60950-1, UL/CSA 60950-1 with CE marking for the Low Voltage and RoHS2 Directives. All CCG30 models carry a five-year warranty.
